By accessing or using PAJE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

PAJE is an online employment platform that connects job seekers with employers across Africa. We provide tools for job posting, job searching, applying for jobs, and managing recruitment processes.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Seekers

Job seekers may create profiles, search for jobs, and apply to job listings on the Platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, CV, and application materials.
PAJE does not guarantee employment or interview opportunities.
Premium subscriptions provide enhanced features and are subject to the payment terms below.

5. Employers

Employers may post job vacancies, manage applications, and contact candidates through the Platform.
All job postings are subject to review and approval by PAJE administrators.
Job postings must be genuine, accurate, and comply with applicable employment laws.
Fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job postings are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
PAJE does not guarantee a minimum number of applications or successful hires.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details.
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Featured and Urgent job promotions are activated upon successful payment verification.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to registered users.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Attempt to access other users' accounts or private information
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission
Attempt to manipulate payment systems or bypass security measures
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

8. Content and Intellectual Property

PAJE and its content, features, and functionality are owned by PAJE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, such as your CV and profile, but grant us a licence to display and use it for operating the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

PAJE provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in unlawful or harmful conduct, or where necessary to protect the Platform and its users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Nigeria, subject to applicable law.
